Welcome

Hello and welcome to Dear Oh Dear. I dabble in many crafts but focus mainly on painting. I use primarily oils on canvas.

I also make the odd Sock Pony, which many of my friends love and I make for presents for everyone! I like to share them on here.

I like to recycle anything I can, I hate seeing good things go to waste, so here you will also find envelopes made from old magazines, books and calendars.

I can custom make anything within these realms that you like! Please pop me a line anytime.

Payment

I take mostly Paypal unless you convo me and we arrange something else. But I prefer Paypal. If I haven't received payment within 3 working days and am unable to contact you, I will cancel your sale and relist the item. This has happened a couple of times - its very frustrating! I try and price everything fairly, but if you feel something is unfairly priced and want to barter me down, do pop me a line.

Shipping

I ship everything promptly as soon as payment has cleared. I package all of my good securely and where I can I like to use recycled goods, so I apologise if you get a second hand jiffy!

All paintings will be wrapped in bubble wrap and again in cardboard, then brown paper to avoid any damage to the surface at all. I paint very thick and texture is a big part of my work, so I don't like to think of any of this being lost in the post!!!

As with everything else, if you wish to upgrade your postage to a special delivery or need something super fast, I am always happy to oblige where I can. Please, pop me a line.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unfortunatly unhappy with your purchase, I will refund you upon return of the item. I will not refund postage however. I hope thats ok. If anything arrives damaged, I will do my best to either fix or will refund you in full. Stupid postmen!
