Welcome to Snuggle Bug! All of my items are made in a smoke free home. I take great pride in my workmanship and your satisfaction is at the top of my list. I will take custom quilt orders and will be open and honest with you, if I feel I cannot master the challenge.

Payment

I will accept a Cashier's Check, money order or Paypal. Payment is required within seven days of purchase date. We accept Paypal, cashiers check, or money order. Please contact me for arrangements, when purchases are made, if you intend to pay by check or money order.

Shipping

Items will be shipped to any address. Gift wrap can also be provided for a $5 fee. Items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of cleared payment. I will also ship by 1st class mail to keep your cost down.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my goal. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt to arrange for return and refund, less shipping charges. This does not apply to custom order memory quilts. All items must be in new unused condition upon return for refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Memory quilts made from clothing is custom order and refunds are not guaranteed. I will be contacting you periodically with pictures of ongoing work, to make sure the customer is happy with the quilt makeup. Your satisfaction is my primary goal.

The soap bottles are handpainted and, therefore, are not diswasher safe.
