Well, Hi there!
I sure do hope ya’ll are enjoying your stroll around my little shop! I think it's filled with all sorts of fun treasures. Some fancy-folks may not like the idea of vintage shopping, but here at Aunt Sissy’s Attic we believe in the real value and character that comes from re-using and loving things from times-gone-by. Land sakes, most of it is built better than the stuff you’ll find at the mall or super-mart anyhow! (Now, that’s not to be confused with the high quality goods you’ll find on Etsy!)

I’ve spent a lot of time neck deep in jumble sales and church bazaars to find what is special enough to pass on to you – and at a good price to boot! I don’t pack my shop full of lots of stuff from the junk pile. Only the things with loads of character and style go in my shop. Any how, enough of my chatter boxing - enjoy shopping! Lots of love,

Payment

We accept PayPal payment and US money orders. Paypal allows you to use a check, credit card or you bank account.

Payment must be cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping

Items are packaged with care to ensure that they are received without damage. We ship using biodegradable packing peanuts and bubble wrap or recycled packing materials. We are not responsible for damages or losses during shipping. SERIOUSLY. If you would like shipping insurance we will add it to the purchase.

Please convo for a quote for international shipping.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx for shipping. All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation/Tracking number. This number will be sent to the email you have on file with Etsy. Once the item is shipped we are not responsible for how the shipping company does business - if they are slow to to deliver or their customer service is lacking we cannot be held responsible.

All items are shipped on the the nearest Tuesday or Friday with in 36 hours of their sale PST. This means that if you want something to ship out on Tuesday you must order and payment must clear by noon on Sunday PST. If you need something quick don't hesitate to convo us and we'll try to work something out!

All items are shipped to your Etsy address!!!! We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Let us know in the message to sell if you would like it shipped elsewhere.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items from Aunt Sissy’s Attic are sold as is. All sales are final.

All items are thoroughly looked-over for flaws. Any imperfections will be disclosed in the item description. We do not sell items that are so damaged that we would not want to own them ourselves.

Shoes and boots (and only shoes and boots) may be returned at the buyer’s expense for a full refund. They must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, and postmarked within five business days of delivery confirmation or no money will be refunded.

Be sure that you post the photo when you leave your feedback as this is the only time Etsy will let you. TO REDEEM: Leave feed back with a customer appreciation photo. Look around the shop to find something you just can't live without. Convo us BEFORE you place your order so we can apply the discount before you make your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or abusive behavior towards us or other Etsy members.

Aunt Sissy’s is a smoke and pet free household.
