Payment

I accept PayPal and credit cards. When purchasing with a credit card, you are not required to have a PayPal account even though your payment is made through the PayPal process. This is explained in detail at the following Etsy page:

Shipping

Shipping is via USPS. In general, items are shipped 3 days after the credit card payment is made or after your PayPal payment clears. This is to allow for production and packaging time.

Custom made or made-to-order items are produced after your payment is made or after your PayPal payment clears.

Ready made items are usually shipped in 1 - 2 days after your payment is made or PayPal payment clears.

In general, insurance is optional at the buyer's discretion. Otherwise, it will be noted in the listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

The best customer is a satisfied customer!

IMPORTANT:
If there are any issues, please convo me within 3 days after the item is delivered. Retain the original packaging in case I ask you to send the item back in it.

I will take full responsibility to correct any errors due to my mistake.

Custom orders cannot be returned, but please work with me so that I can help find a solution.

If you decide you simply don't want the (non-custom) item, and it if it is in the original brand-new condition, then I will refund you the full amount, not including shipping and handling. If it is not in brand-new condition, a partial refund will be issued.

CUSTOM REQUESTS:
I will be happy to consider custom requests with serious buyers.

PRINTS: If you would like an image in a different print size or on a different product, please convo me for a quote. Sizes in inches: ACEO (3.5x2.5"), 4x6", 5x7", 8x10". Not all prints available in all sizes.

NON-PRINTS: Please inquire before purchasing an item if you would like to choose another photo for custom address labels or other non-print products.

COPYRIGHT: The original seller, imagesbycharlie, retains copyright privileges on the products and images. Purchase does not include reproduction rights.
