All of my glass beads are handmade using Moretti, or Lauscha, Or Vetrofond or Creation is Messy or possibly other 104 coe glass that I could find to make a cool bead or two. All my beads are made one at a time on an oxygen-propane Nortel minor bench burner, and then annealed for durability. Once they cool they're cleaned out with a Dremel.

The photos I use on Etsy and my website are as realistic as I could get them but computer monitors differ and sometimes one color doesn't represent real well so I'll try to list the colors of glass rods I use if you're familiar with Moretti colors sometimes it gives you a better idea. I like to take my photos outdoors in natural light if possible but sometimes artificial light works better.

I make my bracelets in varying sizes. I can easily size them to fit your wrist if you send me your wrist measurement. The length of my necklaces is usually listed in each individual listing and most of the time they're fixed but it never hurts to ask.

Payment

I accept payments via Paypal. Payment must be received within 48 hours of ordering or the sale will be canceled and the item returned to my shop.

NOTE: 7% sales tax will be added to purchases by Nebraska residents.

Shipping

I ship via USPS First Class Mail, in padded boxes inside of padded envelopes or via Priority Mail in padded boxes so you're beads or jewelry have the best opportunity to arrive safely. Please contact me if you want insurance for your purchase. It doesn't cost that much more and provides some piece of mind for more expensive items.

I also ship internationally - If you are outside the US, please email me for an exact shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are for any reason unhappy with them, you pay the postage and return the package to me within 14 days of purchasing and I will refund your purchase price.
