Welcome to the Bugtussle Yarn Gallery
All my yarns are unique and always one-of-akind yet I can try to match in some ways any yarn but it will never be like the other.
I am truly a fiber artist gone mad! Using anything you could imagine in the yarn I spin.
Each of my yarns come beautifully presented in nice wrappings and bows. Let me know if it is a special occassion and I will do my best to gussie up the presentation of your purchase! Just write a little note in the message to seller box upon checkout.

Payment

Payment with PayPal is due upon purchase. If you are having any trouble with PayPal please convo me A.S.A.P. If paying with a Money Order please contact me and let me know it is in the mail.

Shipping

I ship within 3 days of receiving payment usually the next day.
Domestic Shipping: is sent Priority Mail which can take 3 to 4 days with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance for each parcel. I will convo you with your Delivery Confirmation number after purchase and also let you know when I will be sending you your purchase.
International Shipping: Varies with each country and can take up to 2 1/2 weeks depending on customs. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred and responsible for abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the U.S. If you want your package guaranteed with a tracking number their is additional costs. Please convo with me prior to your purchase.
Money Orders: Must clear before shipping.
PayPal: Must receive payment before shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will do my best for you to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. I want everyone to be very happy with their purchases from Bugtussle. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will refund your cost (not including shipping).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the problem is from Bugtussle Yarn.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders paid for by MONEY ORDER are NOT refundable unless you have means of receiving the refund electronically. I will be happy to exchange it for something else at the same value.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders: My Pleasure! If you have special things that you would like spun into your yarn.. I would be glad to do it! A special dress that is no longer wearable we can spin it into yarn.. a special little bobble.. Why not spin it into a yarn..knit something up and wear it that way? Just convo me with any idea you have and we will try to work your idea out!
Custom orders vary in price so you will need to convo with me on the cost.
