Thank you for visiting my little shop! Below you will find some important information about my payment, shipping and return policies.

Payment

✦I accept every major credit card via PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay for your purchase through the site with a credit card.

✦Payment for purchases must be received within three days, or the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.

✦I now offer a three month Layaway plan for any items in my shop over $100.00. I will gladly reserve any item(s) for you and allow you to make payments over a 90 day period. A non-refundable 40% deposit is required, but any amount of subsequent payments can be made over the 3 month period. If you are interested, please convo me and we can work out the details!

Vermont Residents: PayPal will automatically add a 6% sales tax.

Shipping

1. Free Shipping for U.S. customers - USPS First Class Insured, with Delivery Confirmation. I ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. If paying by E-check, I will hold your purchase until payment has cleared (3-5 business days.)

2. International Shipping Available- USPS First Class International with Certificate of Mailing. Please be aware that International shipments may be subject to customs fees and tariffs that are not covered in my shipping estimates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are for store credit only and are handled on a case by case basis. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to convo me before purchasing! I often times have more photos of the item and am happy to answer questions.

To initiate the return process, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Earrings will be assessed a $5 restocking fee for changing ear wires, and an $8 fee for posts.

Sorry, no returns on custom orders.

✦ Care Instructions for your Jewelry✦

With proper care, your Edera Jewelry design will last for years to come. All of the beads in the lace are interwoven as the motif is made-- a painstaking process that requires that all of the beads be strung in a precise sequence onto the thread before crocheting. Though lightweight and delicate looking, the lace is quite durable, forming a network of knots around each bead.

Care Instructions for Fiber:
When not in use, your jewelry should be stored in the pouch provided to prevent snagging on other items in your jewelry box, and to slow down the naturally occurring tarnishing process of the sterling silver and gold-filled elements.

Pieces made from metallic thread may be cleaned occasionally by swishing the fiber elements in cool water with a very small amount of mild detergent, rinsing thoroughly, and pressing gently between a towel to remove the excess water. Let air-dry. Pieces made from silk or cotton threads may be spot cleaned. To reduce the need to clean your jewelry, pieces should be put on after hairspray, make up and other toiletries are applied, not during.

Care Instructions for Metal:
The sterling silver or gold-filled findings can be polished with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. Designs of real metal thread may develop a patina over time and may also be gently buffed with a soft polishing cloth. Never immerse your jewelry in harsh jewelry cleaners.
