Welcome to my colorful tie dye shop!! I hope you have a wonderful time browsing my shop and find something you can't live without. I do all sorts of custom dying, so tell me your ideas!! I LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS!!

Payment

I accept PayPal only. I will only begin work on your custom order once payment has been made in full. You may only cancel your order if you have not completed the payment process via Etsy and PayPal. I begin working on most orders the same day I receive payment, so once time and supplies have been spent, I cannot accept cancellations.

Shipping

US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days. If you're in a time crunch, please let me know so I can be sure I'm able to accommodate you before purchase.

Non-US orders will ship via First Class mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery times vary, so please contact me if you'd like to know a specific timeline.

If you wish to purchase shipping insuranace just let me know. Please do not pay until I have adjusted your invoice for insurance.

Shipping costs for US orders include Priority Shipping with delivery confirmation. If you'd like your tracking number, please email me and I'll be happy to email it to you once your item has shipped. I do my very best to charge only actual shipping costs. If I overcharge you by more than $1.00 of actual shipping, I will refund the overage.

For Non-US orders shipping charges include the shipping cost and the small cost of the packing. If you wish to purchase tracking or insurance, please let me know before paying as this will change the shipping costs and I will need to adjust your invoice accordingly. Again, if I overcharge you by more than $1.00 of actual shipping, I will refund the overage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Here's the thing about hand dyed art. I will NEVER be able to re-create a shirt to be a carbon copy of another. Please do not order with that expectation. All colors are mixed in small batches and about a million different things can change within each individual shirt for it to look slightly or totally different from the next. Please order only with an open mind and a kind heart.

I spend several hours working on each shirt and take great pride in my work. Of course I want you to be happy with your purchase. With any return or exchange, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage unless there has been an error made on my part. Please take appropriate messurements to ensure you pick the correct size shirt. Exchanges made due to sizing issues cannot be garanteed, and will be met on a case to case basis. My best advice is, if you are unsure of what size to order, go one size up. Personally, I'd rather be in a shirt a little too big than too small.

I would appreciate if you have a problem with your order to please give me the opprountiy to make it right BEFORE leaving negative feedback. I have no way of knowing you're not happy unless you tell me.

A copy of these washing instructions will be included in your order. If you've lost the paper or I forgot to put it in your order, have no fear, it's right here!

Thank you for your tie dye purchase from my Etsy shop! Your colorful tee will last you a long time with these simple washing instructions.

• Always wash with similar colors (unsettled dye *can* bleed the first few washings)
• Avoid long soaks in stain solutions
• Never wash with chlorine bleach or OxyClean
• Don’t worry about shrinking! Your tee has been pre-shrunk, so machine drying will not affect size
• If you iron press your tee, use the cotton setting. Your tee is 100% cotton (if you remove it promptly from the dryer you can easily avoid wrinkles)
