Hello! Below are my shop policies. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Payment

Payment via PayPal (credit card, instant transfer or e-check) or money order only is due at check out. Once I receive notification that payment has been received from PayPal I will ship your item. If you are paying via Money Order please notify me that it is in the mail and I will ship once the money is in my account. Money orders and PayPal payments should be sent within three days of purchasing item. After three days, purchase will be voided and item will be relisted. If you have any questions or problems please feel free to contact me.

Shipping

SHIPPING ADDRESS - Item will be shipped to the PayPal address provided with payment, so please check it or change it so it conforms with the address you submit via Etsy check-out. If you wish for an item to be sent to a different address, please notify me at the time of purchase.

•SHIPPING DAYS: Any orders received between 4:30 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. on Monday will go out on Tuesday morning. The rest of the week I ship the following 1-2 days after payment is made.

• SHIPPING: I ship via USPS and FedEx, depending on the item. Glass items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box with plenty of filling. Seller is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier, buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage once I get the package to the carrier. Insurance is optional and will raise the rate of shipping should you choose to add it. Please notify me at the time of purchase if you would like insurance and I will give you a quote. If you choose to purchase insurance, please wait for a revised invoice before paying.

I ship with Delivery Confirmation on everything.

Refunds and Exchanges

Buyer has one week from receipt of item to request a return. Refunds are accepted if the item is damaged or is in anyway different from what was described in the listing. AshleyLeigh is not responsible for damage caused by gross mishandling by the the postal service. I package everything so that it should arrive undamaged.

Additional Policies and FAQs

ON PAYING VIA PAYPAL:

Etsy's letter to the buyer confirms a sale; notifies the seller of the sale, and also removes the item/s from the sellers stock on line. It does not confirm that the sale has been finalized. ETSY'S FINAL CHECKOUT PAGE should bring the buyer to the buyer's own PayPal account. If this does not occur, the proper steps were not taken...try again. Until the buyer verifies the purchase in their own PayPal account, and PayPal notifies the seller that the purchase has been paid for, the shipment is held.

If you feel that you did complete your order, go to “your Etsy”(first page)and in the upper-left corner click (purchases), find the order that is in question, and to the right of it, click (view). If there is a extra-large green-check-mark the order was finalized, if there is not, click the PayPal button provided and verify order. PayPal will then send the seller an e-mail confirming the payment, and the order will be shipped.
