What to expect from Hatdiva hat:

An investment quality hat. I pride myself with excellent craftsmanship I won't make anything less than a well made hat. My hats are hand dyed straw, sewn fabric or hand felted wool. Note that felted hats are wool, and wool blends. They are eco friendly, and sustainable! Also, I am buying more local wools recently. All my hats are ones I would wear myself. They won't be listed unless that's the case!

Fit is crucial! Here's how to measure your head: Wrap a measuring tape around your head, where the hat will rest. I recommend right above the brows, be sure to include your ears, hair and largest part of head to the back. Your size will be anywhere from 21" to 24" (give or take) I fit my hats to about medium, which is 22.5" to 23". Still confused? Please convo me for further assistance.

Guarantee: I offer refurbishing of my hats for free. If your hat gets messed up, and needs minor repairing, or reshaping. Mail it back to me, you pay shipping costs...the rest is my pleasure.

Please pay within three days of purchase if using Paypal. If you do not complete your purchase within 7 days(i.e. abandoning your cart), the sale will be cancelled, and the item re-listed.

Shipping

SHIPPING: I ship Priority Mail, insurance and delivery confirmation is included. I ship within 2-3 days once payment is received.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS: If you're not happy, I'm not happy! If you're not, return your item in new, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund,(minus shipping).

* Please convo for arrangements before requesting a return. Sometimes all that a hat needs is a sizing adjustment, which I will do for free. Simple communication solves all, I want you to be happy with your stuff!

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS & HATS: Yes! Contact me, and I will create whatever you can dream up. I've made hats, and tiaras for weddings and many other special occasions. I will create a custom listing, payment is due upon completion of order. Depending on my show schedule, it may take up to 2 weeks to complete your order.
