thank you for your interest in jayestar!

i try to ship items the same day i recieve payment. please allow 2 weeks for custom orders. 100% payment upfront is required on custom pieces.

Payment

i except paypal or a money order sent to me. please use paypal if possible.


if i do not recieve payment within 2 business days when using paypal, the sale will be cancelled. if you send a money order, please convo me when you send it. if the money order has not been sent within 2 business days, the sale will be canceled.

Shipping

i ship regular usps when possible to keep shipping costs at a minimum. please let me know if you prefer a different shipping method, or if you need something rushed. i will quote you a new shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

no returns or exchanges on custom orders.


in the rare occurance that an item is damaged, or you are not completely satisfied, i will give refunds or an exchange. buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.


if an item gets lost in shipping i will give a refund (including refunding shipping costs), or replacement if possible.
