Keep in mind that the measurements include any hooks or straps and are measured in inches. If you need to know cm message me and I'll try to find that out.

I ship to the US, Overseas and Canda.

Items come from a smoke-free home.

Bracelets are also adjustable, if you need a small or bigger size wrap a string around your wrist, measure and give me that size and I will be more than happy to restring.

Payment

I do accept paypal, money order, and personal checks. On the checks however I'd have to wait until it cleared before sending off your item. Payments MUST BE MADE 3 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. If you have mailed off a money order or check please message me WITHIN 3 DAYS to inform me of payment option.

I do custom work as well. A deposit of 50% of the item price is expected and this is non-refundable. =)

Shipping

If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. I ship to the USA, Overseas and Canada. Pretty much everywhere lol. I ship items bubble wrapped in bubble envelopes to ensure that item comes to you in one piece. I will ship with confirmation for an additional cost. Just let me know and I'll revise the shipping for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm not responsible for any lost packages or delays. I can't control the post office. Also if you receive your item and it is damaged please notify me as soon as possible and I'll handle an return (Store Credit only) or if the item is fixable (Just a broken jump ring) I will fix it and send it back at no cost to you. Please Handle all items with care.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Item care:

As with all jewelry, all items must be handled with reasonable care. Silver plated items are more sensitive to water than sterling. Basically, do not go deep sea diving, sky diving or anything else unreasonable that could break or damage the item =). Showering with silver plated items is not recommended either.

Pet allergies

I do have a dog. As much as I try to avoid the dog hair, please be aware that he gets into everything including my work space. If you have any concerns or problems feel free to ask.
