Thank you for taking a moment to look around. I hope the items I have created will bring joy to your life as they have mine.

Payment

I accept paypal. Payment must be made within three days. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. Custom orders will start after payment has been cleared.

Shipping

I have FREE shipping to the United States right now. For international customers I am offering $5 USD Shipping, and $1 USD for each additional item unless otherwise noted.

I will send an email once your order has shipped with an estimated delivery date. All items will ship 1-3 business days after payment is received.

If your etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If a different address is not provided I will ship the item to the address furnished during etsy checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not absolutely, positively, 100% happy with my product, please contact me as soon as possible. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items (return shipping is your responsibility) must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy no- bend envelope).

While feedback is optional, I do appreciate it! I like to know that you have received the item and you are completely satisfied.

I leave feedback for every buyer after the sale so that you can build your own rating for ease in future etsy purchases.

CUSTOM ORDER
Custom orders do not have any additional charges.

I will customize any of my paper collages to meet your color, theme or size.

If you are looking for something you don't see contact me, I love creating new ideas and will reserve your custom order just for you!

My crochet items can also be customized for your needs. Please contact me for custom orders.

Please remember handmade items may vary slightly in color and size to the images listed in my shop.

To find your size please measure circumference at the widest part of the head.

0-3 months 14"
3-6 months 14"-16"
6-12 months 16"-18"
12-24 months 18"-19"
2T-4T 19"-20"
5T-Preteen 20"-21"
Adult Regular 21"-23"
Adult Large 23"-24"
