Payment

Payment is due upon checkout. Our preferred method of payment is Paypal.

All orders shipped to CA addresses will be charged 8.75% in sales tax, through Pay Pal.

Shipping

As of June 01, 2009, my shipping policies are as follows:
I will ship every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

If your order is placed by 5:00 pm Pacific Time, your order will go out the next ship day. For example you place your order by 5:00 pm on Monday....your order will mail out on Tuesday. If it is placed after 5:00 pm Pacific Time, it will not go out until Thursday.

Please Note: If you place an order after 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Friday, it will NOT go out until the following Tuesday.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the soap and candle products, TheSoapMaker cannot accept returns. We do at times however, offer replacement or money back when absolutely necessary and depending on the circumstances.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Our soap contains natural ingredients that may discolor, or vary in appearance from batch-to-batch.
