Welcome

Hello! My name is Heather and I am a mosaic artist. I love using mixed media and a variety of textures in my pieces. Most of the stained glass used is scrap glass from local stained glass studios. I hand cut pieces of MDF for many of my bases. Otherwise I enjoy finding items at thrift shops to repurpose and recycle. My picture frames are created on unfinished wood frames. All mosaics (except picture frames) are signed by engraving.

Payment

I only accept Paypal at this time.

*Please note that all Wisconsin residents are required to pay a 5.5% sales tax on their purchase. Paypal will automatically add this to your total.

Shipping

I ship items USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted), so it generally takes 2-3 days to arrive. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment, unless I have noted that I will be out of town for a period of time. I will make sure to post a notice in my shop announcement if this is the case. I use bubble wrap, recycled packaging peanuts, and/or shredded junk mail to ensure that your mosaic will reach it's destination safely. Delivery confirmation is included on all pieces. Insurance is included on any purchase over $100.

I would be happy to ship international. Feel free to convo me and I will give you a shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be considered if you are not satisfied with your item. Please convo me within 3 days of receiving your mosaic if you have any concerns. No refunds will be given after 3 days.

I am not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Insurance is included for all items over $100. If your purchase is under $100, I can add insurance by request.
