Welcome

Hey there! Welcome to our shop, specifically to our very exciting shop policies section. We make hand-embroidered clothing, mostly for the fellas. If you like what you see, but we don't have exactly what you need, please start a conversation and we will do all we can to make your dreams come true.

Payment

We accept PayPal payments only. Please put process the payment within 7 days of purchase on Etsy.
Immediate payment is, of course, even better because it means we can get your shirt ready for shipment right away.
We will send a payment reminder through the Conversation tool on Etsy within a couple of days of purchase.
If payment is not made by 7 days after purchase we will cancel the sale.

Shipping

We ship via Canada Post. Items that we have in-stock will ship within 2 days of payment.
We always ship with the expedited service with tracking and insurance, and will send you the tracking number when we ship.
Shipping internationally from Canada can often take longer than expected, please be patient. If you need your item quickly, please let us know and we will use ExpressPost to get it there ASAP. Shipping prices will vary accordingly, please look for an adjusted PayPal invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

We really want you to be happy with your purchase. Most of our items are made-to-order, so please be sure of the size before you order. If you receive your item and it is not the right size, please let us know and we will try to arrange an exchange. If you are unhappy with the quality of embroidery please return the item before wearing it, and we will return your funds via Paypal. If you return an item worn or damaged we will return the item to you and not refund the payment. If you receive an item damaged please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Made-to-order items:

Most of our items are made-to-order. Each listing will let you know what size(s) are available in stock, or made-to-order. Hand embroidery is very work-intensive, so please allow one week from payment until shipment. If your item is particularly detailed or our workload is heavier than usual, we may take a bit longer, but we will let you know when you purchase and allow you to cancel the order if you would like.

OOAK: Some of our items are one-of-a-kind originals created on vintage items. The listing will state very clearly if the item is a one-off. If you like the image created on a OOAK item, please start a conversation with us and we will try to create a special item just for you.

Custom order/Reserved: When requesting a custom order we will work with you to create an item that you love. We will take your request, create an image to show you what we will create and what the price will be. With your approval of the image/price we will get to work and post a Reserved listing for you. Shipping will occur after purchase and payment.
Custom orders that will cost more than $100, we will require a 25% down payment before starting the order.

Wholesale: We love wholesale! Orders of 10 items or more are eligible for wholesale pricing. Please contact us through Etsy or our email address for pricing details. Usually wholesale pricing is approximately 25% off our listed Etsy price, but please contact us to get exact prices.

Consignment: We would be interested in Consignment with shops in the Toronto ON area only. If you run a shop in Toronto and are interested in working with us on a consignment basis please get in touch
