Payment

Only PayPal or credit cards are accepted. To use your credit card and not your PayPal account, choose the PayPal option and look for further instructions on the next page.

Ordered items are supposed to be paid in 24 hours from the purchase. I'm flexible on this issue, but the buyer has to contact me to let me know when the payment will be made. Otherwise, the order will be canceled after 24 hours from the purchase.

California residents will be charged 9.75% tax on the total amount (excluding the shipping charge).

Shipping

Your order will ship to the address you provided in paypal payment, but it will be checked with the one in etsy order. If the two addresses are different, we may contact you to verify the correct address in order to give you the fastest and better delivery. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is cleared. Made-to-order items are usually ready to ship within 2 to 5 days. For custom orders, a time frame will be provided in advance.

The shipping fee is provided for each item, and the item(s) will be delivered by USPS First Class Mail. Delivery confirmation within the US is included for most orders.

If you need Express delivery, please contact me via e-mail BEFORE you order.

All orders are safely wrapped and shipped in a padded envelope. Also most items in DistinQue shop are delivered in gift boxes.

***GIFT ITEMS***

If your purchase is a gift, a memo with your message may also be included upon request. Use the "message to seller" box when ordering for this request, or click on "contact" at any time for any question or request regarding your gift item.

***NON-DELIVERY ITEMS***

Please be responsible to check if your package is arrived in reasonable time. Almost all packages get delivered in 1 month from the shipping date. Please, please, please, CONTACT ME IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE IN 1 MONTH. I'll check the delivery confirmation and either resend the package or refund the purchase price. If you don't receive your package but don't contact me in 1 month from your purchase date, no rearrangement will be made. Please be responsible to contact me if you do not receive your item in 1 month!

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, a return is NOT accepted.

Exchanges are accepted and will be processed promptly. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the returns or some exchanges. Please let me know in 2 WEEKS from the purchase date if you want refund or exchange and return the unused item in the original package in 4 WEEKS from the purchase date. Most pieces may be resized free of cost (the customer pays return shipping) or at the cost of any added materials.

Non-delivery USA items are not refundable unless the package is requested to be sent with insurance or via Express mail. Non-delivery international items are not refundable unless the package is requested to be sent via Express mail.

Non-delivery items with delivery confirmation should be claimed to USPS or Paypal.
