Welcome

As you have probably guessed by now, my aim is to create jewelry that will make you feel extra special... like a Princess! To make sure you have fun all the way, all of my pieces are presented tissue-wrapped in a gorgeous gift box. If you would like your jewels gift wrapped, drop me a note when you purchase and I will be delighted to do it for you...complimentary!

Send me an email and I'll add you to my mailing list aka The Princess Club! That way you can stay up to date on secret subscriber-only sales, shows, specials, sneak peeks, and also get birthday discounts! Rest assured that I will guard your info zealously and respect your privacy as I would my own.

Payment

I am only able to accept Paypal at this time. Payment by Paypal must be completed within 3 days of the purchase date or I will be forced to relist the item. If you are using Paypal, please take a moment to double check that the address on your account is current and the one you want your purchase shipped to. Unless otherwise specified, I will assume that shipping must be made to your Paypal address.

All prices on Etsy are in US dollars. If you are an Australian resident and prefer to make payment in Australian Dollars, let me know in the 'message to seller'. Do not make payment before you hear back from me, as I will need to send you an adjusted invoice, denominated in Australian Dollars. Australian customers will also need to pay GST (which is 10% of the purchase price).

Shipping

I will always attempt to ship your order to your Paypal (not Etsy if it is different from Paypal) address, within 2 working days of receiving it. I use Australia Post's Air Mail services so, depending on where you order from, your jewelry will take between 3-10 working days to get to you.

Australia Post Air Mail service does not include facilities such as delivery confirmation, insurance, or a tracking number. I would however, always advise you to get insurance. This will change the shipping costs, sometimes significantly. If you would like them, do let me know in "message to seller" and I will get you estimates. When these are approved by you, I will send you a revised invoice. Do not pay before you get this invoice. Make sure to double check and let me know which address you want shipping to or else I will assume it is to the address on your Paypal account.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would love for you to love your purchase, but if you are not happy with it, simply email me within 24 hours of receipt and mail the item back, at your expense and with original wrapping, tags, etc - in good condition. On my receipt of it, I will refund the original purchase amount (minus shipping and handling) to you, via Paypal. Only Custom Orders are NOT refundable. I am however, happy to redesign/ fix or restyle them for you.

Nothing excites me more than creating a custom design for you. I would love to hear from you if this is what you'd like! Convo me and we can discuss what you have in mind.

Also, if you see something in my 'Sold Items' section and it's exactly what you had in mind, drop me a note and I'll let you know if I can duplicate it.
