Hello! Welcome to the policies sections! If you need any information regarding pretty much anything you can find it easily here.
We're a small to start, independant dye shop dying/hand painting quality yarns and knitting/crochet supplies. I like to use yarns as a canvas for my inspirations and hope it inspires other to create beautiful works of fiber art. Here, We throw sheep in rainbows!

Payment

I accept paypal for payment. You can use a credit card through paypal and its secure, safe, fast and easy. I also accept money orders/cehques but the item(s) will not be shipped out until the payment clears the bank. Any NSF charges from a check that doesnt clear will be billed to the sender.

I generally wait three days for payment on an item. If I dont recieve a convo from you making other arrangements with me regarding payment, I will have to cancel the order and relist the item. (convo-ing me to say the check is in the mail counts so make sure to send me the msg!)

Shipping

-shipping costs can vary depending on how far it has to go, right now i do have a set rate but overpayment in shipping charges will be refunded to you. i will get in touch with you to discuss. (i know shipping is a PAIN but its so worth it!) i ship canada post mon-fri and your order is shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, although i do try to get it out next day if possible. if you wish for me to ship a rush order send me a convo and we'll make arrangements. i can send UPS, express post, or even greyhound if you really want too, just send me a convo and we'll make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

-returns-please make sure you are certain of your order before your purchase. i will accept returns within 5 days of your recieving your order but please note it will be at my discretion. product must be in its original packaging and condition with bands/labels intact. you must pay for the return shipping and I cannot refnd the original shipping to you but the purchase price of the item will be refunded to you in full, or if you would rather an exchange, please feel free to convo me and we'll make arrangements. If I make the mistake and send you red yarn instead of blue yarn, for example, i will rectify this ASAP with no extra cost to you. not even shipping. convo me on whther you would like an exchange or refund. I cannot accept returns on yarn wound into balls wether by me or by the purchaser.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Sock and Yarn club memberships will stay open until I receive a certain number of members. This allows me to keep the same level of customer service to my members and if spots open up once that number is reached, I will relist. if you have ordered your sock/yarn club membership before the 10th of a month, you're first shipment will be on the 15th. any orders placed after the 10 th will go onto the next months shipment start date.You will recieve a confirmation of your first shipment date.

75/25% Merino Superwash wool/nylon fingering weight-21.00$/100g-450 yards-gauge-7-8 sts/inch on #1-3 needles

100% merino Superwash Worsted 15.50$/100g-220 yards gauge-4.5-5 st/inch on #6-9 needles

100% merino superwash DK 16.50/100g-246 yards-gauge-5.5 st/inch on #5 needles

These generally take about a 5-7 days for me to dye, dry, package and ship. If I have to place an order for base yarn ( happens if you want a large amount, say an afghan amount) then I will convo you and let you know the estimated time of ship of the base yarn. Custom orders require a deposit to cover materials.



I do accept wholesale inquires and will be on a case to case basis. I also welcome custom orders.

I try the best to get my colours the truest they appear in real life BUT every monitor displays colours differently and I cannot be responsible if a colour is off a bit or not 100% of what you expect due to your monitor. Different story if you ordered red and I sent you blue yarn though.
