hi, and thanks for checking out giraffe label designs. i am having so much fun here, and am trying to focus on putting more time into my shop. i still feel like i am just getting started here, so please feel free to convo me if you have any questions or comments about my shop.

Payment

i prefer paypal for payment, but will also accept checks and money orders. of course nothing will be mailed until payment is received.

Shipping

i ship my items via usps priority. feel free to convo me if you need to receive your item faster.

Refunds and Exchanges

i always want my customer to be happy with their purchase. if there is any problem with your item, please let me know, and we will work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

most of my items are one-of-a-kind. but, if you see something you like that has sold, please convo me. if i have more fabric, or can get more, i would be more than happy to make one for you. and, if you see something you like, but you don't love the fabric, i would love to work together to get you what you want.
