Payment

I accept Paypal payment only.If a payment is not made within 3 days, the item will be cancelled and relisted.The purchased item will be shipped only when full payment is received.

Shipping

I ship all jewelry by small package 'air mail' to keep shipping cost low. Tracking is not possible and there is no insurance. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your items since the order has to cross borders. Let me know if you want to expedite shipping and require tracking number etc. and I will provide you the quote.

I ship immediately on receipt of complete payment

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns in good condition within 45 days of shipping the item. Exchanges are possible but the shipping has to be paid by the buyer.If you don't receive your package after 1 month, please email us and together we will work it out.
