Payment

I request payment within 4 business days of purchase. Buyers may pay by money order, credit card with PayPal (safe transactions), personal cheque (check) and Interac email or wire money transfer. A money order, PayPal or Interac email or wire money transfer assures immediate shipping upon receipt of payment. A cheque routinely takes 14 days to clear.

You can also buy PayPal gift certificates for my Etsy shop on my website.

TAXES ON ART WORK

There is no federal GST (Goods and Services Tax) on my art work. If you are a resident of Ontario, please add an additional 8% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) to the cost of the art work.

Shipping

I ship my paintings free worldwide by Canada Post surface mail using Bubble Mailing envelopes.

If you are shipping to Canada or the U.S., you can expect to receive the art within 10 to 12 business days, although Canada Post's delivery time varies. There is a longer delivery time before Christmas. You can choose and pay for a different and/or faster shipping method; you should contact me immediately.

I ship the item within 3 business days of receiving the cleared payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept return of paintings in original condition. I refund the cost of the painting; return shipping costs are not refunded. The painting should be returned immediately. Once the painting is returned and everything is sorted out, I issue a refund within 2 to 4 business days.
