Hello, thanks for shopping with us! We always aspire to please you and believe you will be happy with your purchase! If you're not please let us know and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We have strict policies to protect ourselves but appreciate working with our customers to find solutions for problems. So far, In my 6 years of experience, I have only had one issue with online sales and it was a poor fit though the measurements were exact to request. I have never had any other fit problems, any lost or damaged goods and we always ship asap! Feel free to ask any questions before placing an order to insure your confidence. If you would like to put in a wholesale order please contact us first.

Payment

We accept nearly any method of payment we can receive. Paypal works well, personal cheques travel slow, and if you're a Canadian resident you can call in a credit card number [*Canadian residents only at the moment, sorry]. If Payment isn't confirmed or received we will try to contact you and if we don't get a response for payment within 3 days we cancel the sale.

Shipping

If you would like us to place insurance on your package let us know and we can get a quote before shipping for you. We will need to apply the extra fees before shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Regardless of where you are, if you have an address, we will ship to you. We currently take no responsibility for goods lost in the mail though we have luckily never experienced that problem so far. If there are damages incurred in shipping we can not accept responsibility either though if something comes with previous damage or flaw we will immediately replace the item as soon as we receive the damaged item back. Online sales are final sale so if you would like to try anything out before purchasing please ask for a location near you, if possible. If not recommend a store to us and perhaps we can start selling near you.
