Payment
We want to see our customers happy, but we also have to protect our shop from frauds.
Please, don´t start a transaction if you can´t submit the payment in a maximum period of 7 days. In case that period expires we will have to annul the sale and submit negative feedback on your profile.
Shipping
We always start the shipping process at the moment we receive payment so you can have your items faster.
We ship every day of the week excepting Sundays and use International standard method. If you want anything special (EMS, speedpost, etc) please, contact us and we´ll provide you the exact shipping costs for your envelope.
If you live in Spain or Portugal you can benefit of our special shipping costs, from 3 to 5 € depending of your location. Please contact us and we´ll tell you the exact amount.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us before leaving a feedback. We want to make sure that all our customers are happy. If there is any problem with the order (eg. broken, items not arrived, wrong items shipped to you) please message us via Etsy conversation, so we can organize a refund or replacement of the order for you. On cases where the buyer didn't request insured shipping for an expensive item (or one of a kind), we will not be able to send a refund however we will do our best to resolve the situation. (Remember, we just want to see our customers happy!) PLEASE, DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THE ISSUE so it can be sorted out.
