Payment

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item will be shipped.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please feel free to contact me (my email hollyraemo [!at] hotmail.com).

Shipping

I ship using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

If your Etsy address is different from your Paypal address, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me, I will ship the item to the address you gave during Etsy checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if you have any concerns. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original or similar packaging and must be mailed USPS First Class.
