Welcome

 Loopy Dolls come from a smoke free environment. The recycled wool material that we use has been pre-washed in hot water and dried. The stuffing that we use is non-allergenic.

Payment

 Please pay within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of your order. If paying by check, checks need to be received in ten days from when the order is placed. Orders will be mailed within 2-5 business days, once payment has cleared.

Shipping

 Loopy Dolls are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. We highly recommend purchasing insurance especially for international orders. Convo us for a revised invoice.

 Satisfaction is guaranteed. We love our creations and stand behind them 100%. We strive to provide the best possible customer service. Please convo us before returning an item. We will address any situations on an individual basis.
