{GENERAL TERMS}

♦ Images of items may differ slightly in hue, color and lightness due to variations on individual computer monitors.
♦ Any watermarks shown in images are only in the digital form and will not be present on the original.

Payment

♦The OTHER payment option is for trades only. Please do NOT choose this payment option unless we have agreed to a trade in advance (thanks).
♦ Credit/debit card payments through PayPal and money order/cashier checks are accepted forms of payment in this shop.
♦ Your immediate payment upon ordering is appreciated. Orders that are not paid for (with no contact) within 3 days will be canceled.
♦ Taxes will be added to orders purchased within Florida.

(Please note: You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. Just choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account).

Shipping

♦ I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you wish to add insurance for your package,please contact me prior to payment, so I may adjust your shipping costs...thank you!
♦ Please make certain your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will be charged a second fee for re-shipping.
♦ I will combine shipping of orders made between both shops (anamano,theother) and I will also refund any overages of more than $1.
♦ Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment (Mon-Fri). All items are sent via USPS First class or First Class International. Priority mail is available upon request for an additional fee. You will be notified via email, when your order is shipped.
♦ Miami-Dade Residents - If you wish to pick up your purchase to avoid shipping costs, please contact me and I will adjust the invoice. We will make arrangements via email, for pickup/delivery.
♦ CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA ♦
Any custom fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of any items that might not be accepted at customs, prior to purchase, as you will be responsible for any fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

♦ If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me (with your order #, etsy id, date of purchase) within 3 days of receipt of package.
I want happy customers and would appreciate the opportunity to remedy the situation. If we cannot resolve the issue, I will return your purchase price, after I have received the item in original condition.
*Shipping charges will NOT be refunded*.

Additional Policies and FAQs

♦Although feedback from buyer is not an obligation, its certainly highly appreciated. I do give feedback upon final completion of orders. (If for any reason, you feel the need to give “negative” feedback, PLEASE contact me first, so I can help resolve whatever issue there is – as I said, I only want happy customers!).

♦ If you see an item that you wanted has sold, contact me and I might be able to make one just for you. Also, if you want an item in a different color, let me know to see what I can do for you…..I aim to please!!!

♦ I work and keep my supplies/materials in a smoke and pet free environment.
