PAYPAL is the only accepted form of payment and is expected immediately upon checkout.

Please submit your payment promptly in order not to experience order delays.

If you have a coupon please let me know before you pay. I'll send you a revised invoice.

Shipping

All purchases will be shipped via Canada Post within 4 days after payment is received. Purchases will be sent using the least expensive method. They will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap to prevent any damage. Please note that I send all parcels out in a timely fashion but once the parcel has been taken to the post office I have no control over how long it will take to arrive at your doorstep. A tracking number is not assigned when shipping a small packet. If you wish to track your package contact me prior to payment. Tracking numbers are provided for expedited parcels.

If you wish to insure your item contact me for a revised invoice before sending your payment. I'm sorry but I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office so I strongly recommend insurance.

Orders will be shipped to your verified PayPal address so please make sure that it is correct.

Combined shipping is offered only if payment is sent for all items at once.

If you would prefer shipment another way please contact me before you pay for your purchase.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

You might note that some items may cost more to mail. That's because they're a bit more bulky and won't fit through Canada Post's test mail slot. If they don't fit through then they need to be sent as a small packet rather than a small light packet. I know...totally confusing.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to describe and photograph my items as accurately as possible. Refunds are only offered if there is an error on my part. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for an exchange.

Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange. You are also responsible for return shipping.

Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

If you have any problems with an item, PLEASE CONTACT ME before you leave negative feedback. I'll work with you to find a solution, but you need to at least give me the chance to try and fix the problem. I want you to be happy!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that I try to show the colors of my items as close to what they actually are. Some colors may show as lighter or darker due to different monitors.

* I will gladly do custom orders. If you would like a necklace to match a pair of earrings, or earrings or bracelet to match a necklace I'd be glad to do that.
* If you wish a necklace chain shortened or lengthened please ask. I'd be glad to do that.
* If you'd like your purchase to be shipped as a gift I'd be glad to do that for you.
