Payment

I prefer Paypal! If that is truly an impossibility, please convo me and we'll see what we can work out.

Shipping

I ship all of my items US Priority mail. Almost everything ships within one business day. If, for some reason, that's not possible, I will be sure to let you know so that you can plan accordingly.

If you're interested in some other, slower shipping method, please convo me before you order, and we can make suitable arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

It's incredibly difficult to damage or break my forged bottle openers. If you manage it, I'd be happy to repair it for you if you cover the shipping to get it back to me.

As for the other pieces, I will happily repair or replace, at my own expense, anything that fails as a result of faulty craftsmanship. I don't make a habit of selling faulty pieces, so this should never really be an issue.
