Payment

Payment can be made through PayPal, personal check, money order, or cash. (Please do not send cash through the mail.) If a personal check, or eCheck through PayPal is used, your order will not ship until the check has cleared.

Shipping

All items are shipped via First Class Mail unless you tell me in advance that you would like a different method of shipping. I'll be glad to send it whatever way you would like - just please tell me in advance of actually placing the order. Multiple items can be sent in one shipment and discounted accordingly. Any issues concerning damage or loss which occurs in the shipping process, you and I will then take up with the post office. If you would like INSURANCE and/or TRACKING on your package, please contact me before you finalize payment so that we can add that to the shipping cost. All orders should ship within 2 business days of my RECEIVING PAYMENT. You may pay with credit card or e-check through Pay Pal, but it takes about 4 days for checks to clear. Your order will not be mailed until I receive notice that the check has cleared.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, there will be no refunds or returns. (See shipping policy.) I hope to maintain a reputation of high quality items and quick service. No refunds or returns if it has been more than 12 days since your order has been shipped. Absolutely no refunds or returns if the item is stained, worn, laundered, has had odors transferred to it, such as cigarette smoke or perfume, and so forth, or if bodily fluids have been released in the item. Is the item you ordered not what you expected? If the item you ordered doesn't fit, or just is not what you expected, please let me know. I will work with you for a solution to the problem. I will reimburse shipping on returns only if it is because of poor workmanship. (This should never happen!) If an item in good condition is returned, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the item only.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: I'll be happy to accept custom-made orders. Just let me know what size and a general idea of the color and/or fabric you would like, or I can use your own fabric if you desire. DISCLAIMER: Please be careful and assume the responsiblity for the use of our collars, leashes, etc. I cannot be held responsible for injury to animal or person. Dogs can easily be choked if a collar becomes tangled in a fence or other object.
