Welcome to my store! My store policies are laid out entirely and in detail below, but if you have any questions about them, you can email me at snlash [!at] gmail.com or contact me via etsy convo.
First and foremost, I am an individual (not a business), and this is my hobby and my passion, or I should say, the results of my hobbies and passions.
If by any chance there is a problem, question, or issue with your order - Please do not leave a negative feedback until you allow me the chance to make your experience better first. Most issues can be solved with a little communication!! Message me privately FIRST with your issue and I will do my personal best to resolve it, without the need to leave negative feedback!:)
Payment
I accept only Paypal or RME payments. If you are paying via RME you may either send your payment to me at snlash [!at] gmail.com or you may wait for an invoice, it is up to you! Just select "Other" at checkout for RME.
As mentioned above, I'm only an individual listing my hobbies and handmade crafts, therefore I have NO WAY at all to process a credit or debit card. (You'd be surprised how many times this has been asked!)

1. I do not accept credit cards of any type
2. I do not accept debit cards
3. I do not accept checks of any kind
4. I do not accept paypal e-checks
5. I do not accept money orders
6. I do not accept concealed cash
7. I do not accept Monopoly money
8. I do not accept IOUs
Shipping
I ship only via USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on the size of the package, and whether it is being shipped internationally or not, I may use any of the following services: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class International Mail.
We include delivery confirmation which you can track online with each order. When we ship your package, we will leave you an Etsy conversation right away letting you know the USPS delivery confirmation number which you can track at any time at their website at http://www.usps.com.
We are NOT responsible for items which have been marked as "delivered" via delivery confirmation. If the package was scanned in as delivered, we cannot reimburse you for that package.
There is no way to provide delivery confirmation or tracking on our internationally shipped packages as we ship first class international.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
