My products come from a smoke free and animal free environment.

Payment

I accept paypal and personal checks. I will hold a shipment, however, until a check clears. I do not offer refunds.

Shipping

I pack and pad very well as I value my product as much as the person buying it is going to. However, I cannot be RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE.
I ship UPS, or USPS and usually ship within two days. I will give you a shipping cost when I know your zip and if you want insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation. I had to put in a shipping cost, but if it's less I will make a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

I can send you close up shots if you cannot see online well. I want you to know exactly what you are buying and so to be satisfied. I do not do refunds ordinarily. As for damage, I would suggest you buy insurance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome. My custom work has been enjoyed in and out of the country, including Sweden. I have had many satisfied and happy customers who have asked me to do custom work for them. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.
