Chauncey P. Graham offers reycled paper goods and crocheted accessories. We strive to be environmentally sound in all of our products and love discovering creative and practical uses for discarded items.

Are products are unique and simple additions to your individual style.

Payment

At this time, Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. Payment is expected once the purchase has been made.

Shipping

I use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all orders, with first-class shipping. I am willing to accommodate personal requests for insurance, upgrades, etc. Simply send me a convo and we can make proper arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, I will gladly offer a full refund, provided that the item is in an unused condition, unless defective. A request for refund must be made within seven days of receiving the item, and must be sent via e-mail to ChaunceyPGraham [!at] gmail.com, or via Etsy Conversation.

Refunds will be given through the original payment method when the item has been received back. Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

At this time, I do not allow exchanges.
