Payments:
Payments are processed through Paypal which accepts major credit cards, debit cards and e-checks. There is no need to sign up for a Paypal account to make a purchase as long as you are using a major credit card.
Payments are expected immediately, at the time of purchase or your order will be cancelled with appropriate feedback left.
Shipping
Returns:
No returns are accepted unless they are in some way defective. We are not responsible for any loss or damage once an item has been shipped. It is at the buyers discretion to include insurance* - (*Please convo me PRIOR to making a payment if you would like insurance to be added - I will then send you an updated invoice). Any problems with a shipment should be directed to the USPS. If you need to return an item for replacement(due to some defect OTHER than damage in transit) it MUST be received within 10 days of receipt by you. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Shipping:
Once payment has been received and or clears (keep in mind that e-checks will take 3-4 days to clear), items are usually shipped with ONE to TWO BUSINESS DAYS (with the exception of holidays or weekends) via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. You will receive an email which includes shipment info and a tracking number once an order has been shipped.
