Payment

The Bay Attic accepts Paypal and would prefer to use this service, although if you are in the UK you can email and arrange to pay by cheque, goods will therefore only be sent out once your cheque has cleared.

Shipping

The Bay Attic send items by Royal Mail First Class Post. So in the UK you should receive you order within a couple of days at the most. For International order receipt (depending on your location) can be anything from 10 to 14 working days. If you would like us to investigate any other forms of shipping, please state at time of order although you would be liable for the extra carriage shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

The Bay Attic cannot be held responsible for any items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.
