Payment

I accept paypal and money orders in US dollars. Paypal payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Money orders must be received within 7 business days of purchase. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding payment. I will send out the purchase as soon as the payment has cleared.

California residents will be charged an additional 8.75% sales tax.

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees assigned at customs.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS. Only actual shipping charges will apply. ChainLinked Jewelry is not responsible for lost items, so if you want extra protection, please sign up for insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is damaged, please feel free to contact me and I will fix it free of charge (including shipping). However, I will not accept other returns at this time. Please convo me if you have any concerns over size ... I can generally make an item smaller or larger!
