You will find here handmade creation as well as some supplies for your own handmade creations.

Payment

Muffin & co. accepts only payements by Paypal.

If I do not receive your payment via Paypal within 5 DAYS of placing your order, I will cancel the order.

Shipping

I ship all orders are packed with care and shipped by courrier or registred mail. I normally ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. If there is any delay- I will contact you immediately.

I am happy to adjust your shipping option to a slower speed if you prefer to save money on shipping. If you choose a non trackable shipping option I cannot be responsible if you order is lost.

I ship anywhere in the world where mail, DHL, Fedex or EMS go.

As I ship to the PayPal address, do not forget to notify me if you want your order be shipped to a different address.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receipt of it. I will happily refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs, upon receipt of returned items. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do not collect any customs when sending your order. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

I work in a smoke-free. I live with an asthmatic man so I know what are allergies. The only animal coming near the studio is Muffin, our African Pygmye Hedgehog and i am not aware that anyone has been developping allergies due to those animals.
