Payment

You no longer need a Paypal account to pay through paypal. But if you'd rather pay another way, we also accept cheques or Postal Orders (for customers within the UK).

Shipping

How much is Post and Packaging to the UK?
All items are sent via recorded delivery for $3.00 (If you wish to not have your item sent this way, let us know and we will deduct the appropriate amount.

Do you accept non-UK orders?
Yes we do! International postage is $3.00 (Please Note:: packages are sent via air mail and are not insured. We do keep proof of postage though. If you would like insurence then please convo us and we can arrange that for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be love your jewellery, and we try our best to describe all of our items as best we can but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and is in it's original, unworn condition. This does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer's) expense. Please email us to arrange the refund. We highly recommend obtaining a certificate of postage as we can not be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it's journey back to us!

Additional Policies and FAQs

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
We do try to send out all purchases within 1 working day of an order being placed, but during busy times (such as the Christmas period) this may not always be possible, so do allow 5 working days in total. We always keep you well informed of what we're up to so you'll always know where your package is :) If an item is really urgent, let us know!
For international orders placed outside the UK, they can take up to 3 weeks, but usually arrive with 5 days, but sometimes they can be delayed due to customs.


Help! My package hasn't arrived!
If an item doesn't arrive within 3 working days (if you live in the UK) of you receiving a Despatch email from us, then let us know. We can be reached at stumbleinedesigns [!at] yahoo.co.uk or just Convo us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
