Welcome

Because I use a mixture of new, recycled, reclaimed and vintage materials in my jewellery, many of my designs are "Limited Edition" or "One of a Kind" pieces.

Although I take the greatest care in creating quality pieces that will last, please keep in mind that some of my jewellery pieces are fragile (especially the glass and crystal components) - treat them as you would treat any other delicate accessory!

Payment

I only accept Paypal payments and appreciate payments to be made within 3 days if possible.

Shipping

All jewellery will be placed in either a box or a pretty organza pouch, then well packaged for shipping in a bubble-mailer envelope.

All items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment via Canada Post 1st Class Air Mail. This DOES NOT include insurance or tracking. I cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery or lost/damaged packages once your package has left my hands if no insurance has been purchased.

If you'd like to purchase insurance or require a quicker shipping method, please contact me for options and prices.

For customers outside of Canada: Items may take 1-3 weeks to arrive at your door. Please be patient, customs on both ends of the transaction are often responsible for the delay.

Please note: Any taxes, tariffs and/or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Sorry, I do not offer local pick-ups at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please don't hesitate to contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order so that we can work something out.

You can return your item for a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee) within 15 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original condition.

All items are represented as best as possible through descriptions and pictures, so please read carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. (Please note some monitors display colours differently).

All items are handmade in a non-smoking, no pet environment.
