Payment
• Payment is expected to be made immediatly after purchase.
• In accordance with Etsy's policies, PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS or the order placed will be cancelled and item(s) will be relisted.
• PayPal is the primary payment method used on Etsy and in my shop. All major credit cards are accepted ONLY by using the PayPal process. By selecting this option, you will be redirected to PayPal's site after completing your purchase at Etsy/PishPoshGirl's checkout.
Shipping
• Made to order purchases: 4 weeks for your items to be completed, then take into account 2-3 days for shipping {USPS Priority Mail}. At times and during certain seasons this completion time may be extended.
• Ready to ship purchases: Orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days.
• My shipping is not a profit center. Each package is weighed and charged accordingly.
• Please note: I, THE SELLER, AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT MY PRESENCE AND HAVE BEEN SHIPPED TO MY BUYER(S).
Refunds and Exchanges
• NO REFUNDS, exchanges only {see details below}.
• Note: I, owner of Pish Posh Girls, take great pride in my designs and in my customers. I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.
• However, if you are not satisfied, please contact me WITHIN 5 BUSINESS days of receiving your order.
• Items returning back to me for an exchange *MUST* be unused and unworn and returned in the original packaging with tags attached. Return-shipping fees will be at the *buyers* expense.
• WARRANTY:
• If any constructional malfunctions occur (i.e.: elastic pops, seams undo, stitching in hem comes out), send it back to me repair at no charge. Shipping fees will be paid for by seller.
• DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SUCH AS STAINS OR RIPS IN FABRIC, I, THE SELLER, WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT ACCEPT BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE.
• If I have made a mistake with your order I will replace or exchange it for another Pish Posh Girls' item.
• WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK OR REFUND ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING - SEE POLICY ABOVE.
Additional Policies and FAQs
{Hours have been spent designing my clothes. I hope, and ask fellow etsy sellers to respect the originality of my designs and descriptions. I ask that they trust their own talents and abilities when it comes to designing and describing their items.}
• The designer fabrics I use have NOT been pre-washed due to allergies in some children. Some shrinking will occur, especially if washed and dried with heat.
• Like with any fine garment, care is very important. For the absolute best results wash in cold/warm water, gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low heat
• PISH POSH BUCKS do NOT qualify for SALE items, Hair Accessories or Travel Pillows.
• I work in a smoke-free studio.
• All seams are serged and top stitching is used where appropriate.
• I am committed to the satisfaction of my clients and would love to hear from you!
• FEEDBACK: I am not a feedback chaser. However, I LOVE TO HEAR FROM MY CUSTOMERS, GOOD OR BAD. I am in a constant state of improving my desgins. If you like, I'd love to know, if you don't, I'd love to know. Unfortunately, I've seen way too many times, other WONDERFUL and AMAZING designers get hit with nasty, undeserving feedback from people out there who are truly cruel and want share their ugliness with the world (literally). I'm not saying that some sellers or designers haven't set themselves up to completely disappoint buyers (I've received my share of "What is this?"). But, if my (owner/designer) opinion means anything, please just take it up with the designer personally. Send them and email, a convo or phone call. But keep it private folks. I, owner of Pish Posh Girls, know first hand the blood, sweat and tears (and time away from my dear family) it takes to make something like this run. Don't try to ruin someone's reputation over a disappointing purchase, just "anchor deep", talk to them and give them a chance to redeem themselves, and fix the problem.
