Welcome
I strive to describe, image, and represent each piece offered in an accurate manner. Be aware that due to variations in monitors and how different browsers and systems handle data, the color of a piece can only be approximated. No two items are exactly the same and sometime the sterling silver Bali beads used may vary. If you desire your style to look exactly like that on our online shop, please tell me at the time of the order.

Additional Policies and FAQs
All Haute Fox handmade jewelry are made of sterling silver, gold-fill (14k gold over base metal), vermeil (24k gold over silver), or 14-18K gold. Any exceptions will be noted. I highly recommend storage of your jewelry in a ziplock bag to prevent tarnishing. You may also include an anti-tarnish strip in the bag.
To clean your items, use a soft silver polishing cloth to gently bring back shine -- do not clean pearls or gemstones in liquid or expose to chemicals.
Here is a great home remedy for cleaning silver. You will need:
1. An aluminum pan (like the disposable ones you buy to bake a cake or pie)
2. Hot Water (must be boiling hot)
3. Box of Baking Soda
Place your silver jewelry on the aluminum pan first. Spread the pieces out so each piece of jewelry is touching the aluminum pan and so that it is not too crowded.
Boil water in kettle, when it reaches boil, pour the boiling water into the aluminum pan so that the jewelry is completed covered by the water.
Last, sprinkle in the baking soda into the water. The water will start fizzling and sizzling and steam will come out that smells like rotten eggs. The steam is partly composed of the sulfur (which creates the tarnish). Stir the water a little to make sure all the baking soda dissolves.
After the fizzling stops, you can pour the water out and rinse everything with cold water to wash off the baking soda. Most of the jewelry will look like new! If some are still tarnished, just repeat the process again.
