My addiction with creating and making wire wrap jewelry started in mid-2006 and now I have decided to share some of my handmade jewelry with all of you. I am self-taught for most part but also learn from available tutorials, books and magazines as well as friends and artists sharing the same interest from all over the world.
For my customers, thank your for your interest in my handcrafted wire wrap jewelry and I hope you enjoy wearing them or making them.

Payment

a) I accept secure credit/debit card payment by using PayPal.
b) My Paypal account is business verified.
c) Malaysian buyers in Malaysia may pay through bank transfer or direct banking. Please convo or email me at meiky6 [!at] gmail.com for payment.
d) All price quoted is in US dollar. For Malaysian buyers, I will convert to RM according to current exchange rate.

Shipping

a) Type:
- Registered Mail for international and local orders (requires signature upon delivery of mail).
- I will email the tracking number to you once the order is mailed.
c) I do shipment every Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday morning (except 1st Saturday of the month).
d) Delivery Period:
- International: Please allow between two (2) to four (4) weeks.
- Malaysia/Singapore/Brunei: Approximately 4 to 8 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

a) Handcrafted items are never perfect. Sometimes a circle is not that round or a square is not that square. Sometimes one side of an earring is longer than the other side, etc. etc. That is why they are unique. So, I really hope that you understand this and love the items that you purchased and decide to keep them.
b) PDF items are non-refundable.
c) Store items refunded for full item price (does not include shipping). Items must be returned within 14 days of ship date. Please email me within 3 days of purchase so I can keep track of your return.
d) Returned items must be unworn and unused as well as not damaged during transit due to flimsy packaging.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Packaging

a) Items will be wrapped with padding in bubble package. This helps to protect stones or items that are fragile.
b) PDF products (tutorials) will be emailed to the email address you provided within 24 hours of approved payment.
c) Import duty, customs fee, tariffs, etc. is not included. Please inquire at your local post office to find out if you will be charged for these.

a) Time Zone: Malaysia is 12 hours ahead. My night zzz = US day :) so please allow time for me to get back to you.
b) Remakes/Commissioning:
- I am open for remakes and customizations but each remake will be slightly different from the shown pieces. Variations are what make the pieces unique. Please convo or email me at meiky6 [!at] gmail.com for details.
