Payment

International buyers ~ I only accept PayPal.
Australian buyers ~ Paypal or Direct Deposit is available please ask me for banking details.
Items will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 24hours after payment has been received, except on weekends and public holidays. Items will be shipped to the address in paypal, if this differs from you Etsy address please confirm shipping address at checkout.
I do combine shipments and if you are overcharged for shipping you will be refunded the difference.
Items are shipped via Australia Post and should arrive within 5-7 days in Australia and within 1-2 weeks for International.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me and I will do everything I can to help resolve the issue.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I take great care for safety when making my toys, ensuring all seams have been quadruple stitched, especially with the ribbons to ensure they stay securely in place. However, small children should always be supervised when playing with any toy. Buyers assume all liability at time of purchase.
