Welcome

If you are looking at handmade items to buy because you love someone and want them to have something unique, or because you appreciate handicraft, or because you love the arts, or because you want beautifully crafted items, or because you want to support those of us on the outer fringes, I love you. Thank you from the bottom of my off-the-beaten-path heart. And my many children thank you also, for rescuing them from being buried under zealous spurts of mom's creativity.

Payment

I accept paypal, money orders, cashier's checks, and secret transmissions from your bank account on a small tropical island. No personal checks anymore! I recently got burned on one and that is the end of that. Payment is due within 3 days from Paypal, within 1 week if mailed. Convo me if there is going to be a delay (life happens, I know :D).

Shipping

Last International ship date for Christmas: Dec. 10
Last US ship date for Christmas: Dec. 19!

Whenever possible, I also "recycle" shipping envelopes and packing materials. Rest assured though, that your item will come prettily wrapped!

I ship on Monday and Thursday, by the cheapest method. Still usually this is USPS 1st class parcel. I only use Priority when it is the cheapest method. Insurance is extra if you want it (mandatory on breakable items), add $2.00 to your shipping costs. Add 50c for delivery confirmation and be sure to put in the comments that you want DC or Insurance.

For Internation Customs purposes, I mark packages Sample or Gift and worth less than $20. Please let me know if you want it marked otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

Soft Items (yarn, knitted things, handbags, etc) are not eligible for damage return. I do my best to describe the item as accurately as I can, including any flaws or weakness it may have. Please ask any questions you may have first, before buying! If you truly have a problem with a soft item, that you cannot work around, please make contact with me about a price refund.

Anything breakable must have postal insurance. Returned items must be in original, resalable condition.

I refund purchase price but not shipping (either way)!
