Payment

PAYMENT:
We are happy to be able to offer PayPal as the recipient of credit card and PayPal payments at Etsy. If you'd prefer, we can process a credit card order over the phone or we can use Pro Pay as well (you must sign up with Pro Pay for us to be able to use this method. Personal checks, e-checks, and money orders are also welcome.

Shipping

SHIPPING:
Shipping is provided through the USPS. Items purchased with personal checks, e-checks, or money orders will ship when such payments have cleared the bank. We ship M-F depending upon when an order's payment is received and cleared, it may ship the same day.

If we find your shipment is substantially less than what we estimated, we will always refund the difference. If you order multiple items that fit into a box, envelope etc, we will either not charge you, charge just enough just to cover the overage cost, or refund the difference of what you were charged if charged too much. Our items are so varied in size and weight, it is difficult to perfect shipping costs in the case of multiple purchases. Therefore if your order appears to NOT have combined shipping, don't fear - it will in the end. We DO combine shipping.

If you are local, we are happy to arrange a scheduled pick-up and/or do a personal custom consult.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns:
Items may be returned for a refund, minus return shipping and in the same condition in which it was shipped, within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Any damage that occurred during shipping is not our responsibility. Please contact us and tell us why you are returning the item. We will contact you with instructions.

Refunds:
If you paid for your order through Pay Pal, your refund will be sent to you through Pay Pal. Orders paid by credit card, check or money order will be refunded by check. Refunds will be made after item is received at the MaidenShade studio, in the same condition in which it was shipped.

GENERAL:
We are happy to consider consignment selling, wholesale, and other ideas.

We manufacture our items in a feline-friendly, non-smoking environment.

Additional images of MaidenShade products can be provided so you that can better view the fabric and trim detail, specific scenes and elements on the art pieces, boxes, lamps; see an item from different angles, and to get perspective by seeing it next to a ruler or a hand -- whatever you need to be able to better appreciate the unique qualities of these art pieces, faerie boxes, lamps, night lights, and lampshades.
