Hi! Rose Flash Studio offers professional graphic and web design. I have 9 years of experience, a graphic design degree and an art college degree.

I've worked with mainly small businesses and art related causes, and in my point of view, it's really fun and exciting to be part of the building of a branding identity.

Payment

FIRST, please, contact me with your design inquiry; in that e-mail, let me what are your designs needs, what type of business you own, what do you sell, what tone you want in your design (if you have ideas or example, join them in this email). Mainly, I can't work if I don't know some bits about you! So the more you tell, the easier my job will be!

- All payment are du up-front.
- I accept Paypal.

Shipping

I don't print anything in my studio, all prices are for design services. If you want printed promos, just let me know and I will gladly work-up a quote for you.

Turnaround time can be subject to change anytime. Turnaround time don't apply to WEBSITE DESIGNS.

Refunds and Exchanges

FAQ

Do I need to sign a contract?
Yup, and in my opinion, it's the best way to know if you are dealing with a professional. Once you have emailed me with your design inquiry and purchase the package here, I will send you a contract which we will both sign. No work will start without a signed contract and full payment.

How do you work?
Based on your first e-mail, I will create for you 3 design proposals. You will have then to choose one design direction and will have two revisions after that. Further requested revisions will be billed at hourly wage with a one hour minimum.

3- Is my design customed made?
Yes, I don't do pre-fabricate design, as I beleive that you deserve a branding identity made just for you.

4- Will you re-use my design?
No, exception made for promotional purposes, as in displaying my work in my portfolio or as an example on this website.

5- What can and can't I do with the work you will provide to me?
You will be granted reproduction rights, meaning you can use your promotional image to whatever means you want. What you CAN'T do is re-work/re-arrange/modify my work.

6- What are the type of files you will give me?
All web-related work (banner, avatar, website pics) will be provided in JPG format. All printed material will be provided in PDF.
