Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours. Any order not paid within 48 hours will be sent a reminder, if payment is not made order will be canceled. PayPal ONLY!

We ship within 24-48 hours of received and confirmed payments. Express Shipping within Canada includes Express Shipping and a Canada Post tracking number, only by request.

Refunds and Exchanges

I guarantee you will love all of my products! If you are not satisfied you may return them to me within 7 days after receipt. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered. Then you can choose exchange or refund. Shipping charges and insurance cost are non-refundable.

If there is a problem with your order PLEASE send me a message before leaving 'neutral/negative' feedback! I will do everything I can to rectify the situation, please give me the chance to fix it before leaving feedback.
