Welcome to EterKnity, and thank you for visiting our Etsy store. Please take a moment to read through our shop policies.

Payment

Items can only be listed on Etsy in US Dollars. All our prices are listed in US Dollars. PayPal will automatically convert your currency unless you have a PayPal balance in US Dollars. EterKnity uses PayPal secure servers to process all payments. At no time do we have access to your personal credit card information. You do not need a PayPal account to pay – you can pay via PayPal with your credit card.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post within 5 business days of receipt and payment of order, or earlier if the item is in stock.

Orders will be shipped within Canada by Expedited Parcel and outside of Canada by Small Package Air Mail. Contact us if you have a rush order and we will give you a quote for upgrading to expedited shipping. Please note that Canadian residents will be charged appropriate taxes. International buyers are responsible for paying any additional duty or customs fees.

Please ensure that your Etsy and PayPal addresses match.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact EterKnity immediately if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns for exchange or credit are accepted within 10 days of receipt of package. Product must be in original condition, with tags attached and all product information available and in tact. *** Shipping will not be refunded ***

Additional Policies and FAQs

***Our Knitwear***
No piece is exactly the same due to natural yarn variations which actually add beauty to each design. It also makes each piece unique so, depending on the yarn lot, items may vary slightly from the photos. We use different yarns for different designs, but can make all of our clothes in any one of our chosen yarns. We use an ultra-soft cashmere blend, as well as a soy/acrylic mix which is silky soft. We also use 100% merino wool, a naturally soft wool. Merino wool will keep its shape, while hugging your body in comfort and luxury.

***Sizing***
We knit the standard Small and Medium sizes - occasionally we do offer Large sizes. All the knitwear you see photographed here is Medium size. We will be happy to answer your questions on sizes and colours; even if you don’t see your favourite colour here, ask us and we will try to find it for you. Please ask all questions regarding size before you place your order.
