My shop policies

Payment:
At this time I only accept payments through Paypal. I of coarse prefer payment to be made at the time the item is ordered. I will give up to 3 days for payment to clear, upon which time I will attempt to contact you. If I cannot reach you the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted. Appropriate feedback will be left.

There is a 7.750% sales tax added for Illinois residents.

Custom Orders Welcome!
Convo me if you are interested in a custom order. Because of the time and effort involved, custom orders are not returnable.
I require 50% down for custom work. This is a nonrefundable deposit which shows good faith and confirms your commitment.
After I receive the deposit it should take me only a couple days to finish your project. Once your order is complete I will create a listing on Etsy with photos of the finished jewelry and the price will be for the remaining balance due reserved in your name. Your order will ship immediately when your payment clears.

Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please email me immediately and I will do my best to work with you. Items may be returned in new condition within 14 days for a refund, minus shipping charges. I will accept a return of the item in its original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Please contact me first before returning any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees.

Shipping:
Due to the fact that most of my items are glass it is important to me that they are shipped in sturdy boxes.
If your Etsy shipping address differs from your PayPal shipping address, I will attempt to contact you to clarify the correct shipping address. If I don't hear back from you on the correct shipping address within 3 days after receiving your payment, I will ship to your Etsy address.
All items in my shop are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Items will be shipped usually the next business day if possible.

Care and Cleaning:
Please keep in mind that most beads I use are made of glass. Although they are kiln annealed for durability, under certain circumstances they could break.

Exposure of your jewelry to water or sleeping in it is not recommended as it may accelerate normal wear and tear. I recommend using a buffing cloth to restore luster to your pieces. Some of the metals I use in my jewelry has been patinaed (antiqued to show detail) and the use of silver or copper polish is not advised
