I use a lot of energy and effort in my creations. The last thing I want is for it to arrive to you damaged or perhaps missing. So I do package very carefully, but I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office. If you'd like insurance, please add that to your total ($1.70 in US).

I do offer a 7 day money back guarantee, after the product has been recieved- excluding shipping fees. Please let me know if you are not happy with your item. Money will be returned after I receive item in original condition. Custom orders are excluded from the money back guarantee.

Shipping charges exceeding $2.00 will be refunded to you via Paypal. I do my best to estimate shipping charges and try to get it to you the cheapest and fastest way possible.
